Life in Secondary School

Lower Secondary

In Lower Secondary, students build strong academic foundations while developing independence, critical thinking, and confidence. Following the British International Curriculum, learners explore a broad range of subjects while discovering their strengths and interests.

Leadership opportunities, extracurricular activities, and community engagement help students grow both academically and personally during these important formative years.

Curriculums at BISK

At BISK, students benefit from structured and internationally recognised pathways.

From Grades 7 to 9, students follow the British International Curriculum. In Grades 10 to 12, students choose between the British International Curriculum or the American Curriculum, allowing them to tailor their education to their strengths, goals, and university ambitions.

This flexibility ensures every student is prepared for local and global opportunities.

Upper Secondary

In Upper Secondary, students focus on academic specialisation and university readiness. Through personalised guidance, subject selection, and exam preparation, students develop the discipline and skills required for higher education.

With strong academic support and leadership development, BISK graduates leave confident, capable, and ready to succeed in an interconnected world.

Counselling at BISK

At BISK, our counselling team supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth at every stage of Secondary School.

We provide personalised guidance on subject selection, university planning, and future career pathways, ensuring each student makes informed and confident decisions.

Our counsellors work closely with students, families, and teachers to offer academic support, wellbeing guidance, and preparation for higher education both locally and internationally.

From course planning to graduation, we guide students every step of the way.
